Intellectual Property

Our apps and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Redshift Software, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Content

Any content you create using our apps remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you create and store within our apps.

App Store Terms

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail to the extent required.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redshift Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our apps.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Redshift Software, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
